Are you familiar with the story about the little train that could?
The basic idea is that he had a fear of accomplishing a certain task.
He used positive thinking to beat that fear and achieve what he wanted.
He used the positive affirmation...
"I think I can, I think I can, I think I can"
And he overcame the adversity that was before him.
That's a great story but we sometimes need much more than just positive thinking to break through the things holding us back.
